Our Story
Greenhouse Construction traces its roots back to the 1990s, when Chris George moved to Wyoming and started building — one renovation at a time. What began as a hands-on renovation business grew steadily over the decades into spec homes, custom residential builds, and eventually multi-family construction and land development. In 2020, that experience and reputation came together under a new name: Greenhouse Construction.
Today, Chris serves as President and Owner, bringing over 30 years of Wyoming construction experience to every project. In 2026, Michael Maritz joined as Project Manager and part owner, adding fresh energy and hands-on leadership to a company built on decades of craftsmanship.

Both. Our roots are in renovations and custom homes, and we still take on single-family remodels, additions, and custom builds — multi-family construction is simply where we've grown a particular specialty in recent years.
